We use all your FDD(s) or UFOCs to list the compliance issues in each franchisee’s agreement. We have you fill out questionnaires that indicate the substandard performance areas you want to target.

We’ll manage the monthly data entry of your franchisee information into FACTS. This is done through royalty reports, support staff questionnaires and notes. All of this information appears in a franchisees contact log. It records all action each month and will serve as a record of contact. If a need arises, this contact log has a search feature to find information fast.

FACTS also acts as a third party mediator agent. Our trained management staff will make those uncomfortable calls for you concerning compliance, cures, collection, or to work out payment options for late or delinquent payments. There is an additional charge for this service.
