Because FACTS knows what each Franchisee's personal income goal is, FACTS graphs where they are currently, targets and projects growth for where they want to be, and combines the three results into a comparison graph for each individual franchisee. We use your most current royalty report and questionnaire for the base. By using our business forecasting tool (Proforma), the franchisee can project growth up to three years. The graph and target Action Plan are emailed directly to the appropriate support person, the franchisee, and anyone else that you designate each month. The targeted Action Plan assists your support staff and the franchisee to work together on adjusting the following month's projection to stay on track. Franchisee's take ownership because they can see how their efforts (good or bad) impacted their business each month.

Our three year projection/forecasting tool helps franchisees self learn how to be a better business person by playing the "what if" game. Each "what if" change they make forecasts their business future (i.e.: What if I add 10 more customers weekly at $__ per customer). They can see how each change will impact the bottom line. Therefore, they are more willing and eager to accept help from support staff to stay on target. If a franchisee sees how each small adjustment determines their profit, they tend to make their mistakes in our tool, instead of in their business. If a franchisee brings litigation against me, will FACTS defend me?
FACTS is a preventative system. We are not attorneys and therefore do not handle legal defense. Our system is designed to encourage you to monitor support, document and initiate action and maintain consistent compliance throughout your system. The notes, action plans, and attention to the franchisees may help defter action in frivolous lawsuits by franchisees who are trying to avoid paying royalty fees, ad fund fees, etc. for the term of their agreement.

I already have a paralegal or attorney in place and they handle our compliance. How would your service help us?
If you have a legal team in place, our service will help streamline their process. The consistency of our program strengthens your case to defer any action regarding compliance. Our third party mediator, your support notes on franchisees and action plans will not only help your legal team with consistency, but will help your support team as well.
